1. Acceptance of terms
By creating an account on Murett (murett.app), operated by Castillo & Company (C&Co), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you disagree, do not use the service. These terms may be updated; we will notify you by email for significant changes.
2. Service description
Murett is a SaaS commercial intelligence platform for SMBs that includes: customer segmentation (RFM), churn detection, product analytics, sales and purchase register (Cuaderno), inventory management, and financial management. The service is provided according to your contracted plan.
3. Accounts and access
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access. Each organization is an independent tenant with exclusive access to its data.
4. Billing and payments
Plans are billed monthly or annually as you select. The free trial period is 14 days. After that period, payment is required to continue. International payments are processed via Stripe. Venezuelan payments are made through local methods (Pago Movil, bank transfer, Zinli, Binance Pay) with manual verification within 24 business hours.
5. Cancellation and refunds
You may cancel your subscription at any time from Settings > Billing. Upon cancellation, you retain access until the end of the paid period. We do not offer pro-rated refunds for early cancellations, except for demonstrable billing errors. Data is deleted 30 days after cancellation.
6. Data ownership
All data you upload to Murett (customers, sales, inventory) is and will remain your property. Castillo & Company has no rights over your business information. You can export all your data in CSV format at any time from the platform.
7. Limitation of liability
Murett is provided 'as is'. Castillo & Company does not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Maximum liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the service in the prior 3 months. We are not responsible for business decisions made based on platform analytics.
8. Changes to the service
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue service features with 30 days notice for significant changes. Price changes are notified 30 days in advance and do not affect the current billing period.
